2. Cancellations and Refunds
We understand that things come up and plans sometimes change. If you need to cancel a registration or booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
We understand that every situation is different and will do our best to work with families on cancellations, refunds, or credits when possible.
If Area 46 needs to cancel or significantly change a program, we’ll communicate with registered families and discuss appropriate options.
For birthday parties and private events, please contact us directly to discuss any changes to your booking.
3. Classes, Camps, and Events
We offer a variety of creative experiences for children and families, including art classes, summer camps, workshops, and special events.
Program details, including age ranges, dates, times, and pricing, are provided on the relevant event or registration page.
We occasionally need to make adjustments to schedules, activities, or program arrangements. If anything changes, we’ll do our best to keep families informed.
If you have questions about a program or aren’t sure whether it’s the right fit for your child, please reach out before registering.
4. Parents and Guardians
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing accurate registration information, including their contact details and any relevant information about their child.
We ask parents and guardians to communicate any special considerations that may help us make a child’s experience comfortable and enjoyable.
Please follow the drop-off, pick-up, and supervision instructions provided for each program. If you have questions or need to make special arrangements, just let us know.
5. Safety and Respect
We want Area 46 to be a place where everyone feels welcome, comfortable, and safe.
We ask all participants to treat one another, our staff, our animals, and our property with kindness and respect.
Some activities may involve art supplies, tools, outdoor spaces, or animals. Participants should follow staff instructions and any safety guidelines provided.
If a situation arises that affects the safety or experience of other participants, we’ll work with families to find a reasonable solution. In situations involving serious or ongoing safety concerns, we may need to end a participant’s involvement in an activity.
6. Birthday Parties and Private Events
We love helping families celebrate special occasions!
Birthday parties and private events may have different arrangements depending on the type of event, group size, and activities involved.
If you have questions about availability, pricing, scheduling, or special requests, please contact us. We’ll do our best to work with you to make your event a great experience.
Any specific arrangements agreed upon during booking will apply to your event.
7. Photography and Media
We sometimes take photographs or videos of activities at Area 46 to share our creative experiences and highlight our programs.
We will obtain any required permission from parents or guardians before using identifiable photographs or videos of children for promotional purposes, in accordance with applicable law.
If you have questions or concerns about photography or media permissions, please contact us.
8. Activities and Safety Considerations
Our programs may include creative projects, outdoor activities, and opportunities to interact with animals. As with many hands-on activities, there are some ordinary risks, such as minor injuries from art materials, tools, or physical activities.
We take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment and ask participants to follow staff instructions.
Parents and guardians should consider their child’s needs and abilities when choosing activities and share any relevant information with us.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions removes any legal rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.
